INTRODUCTION
The records of the state council of a leadership, service sorority include the minutes, correspondence, and committee reports of the recording secretary and treasurers' reports and cash journals.
DONOR INFORMATION
The Epsilon Sigma Alpha Records were loaned to the University of Missouri for copying by Rhea Weaver on 23 April 1982 (Accession No. 4425). An addition to the records was loaned for copying by Donna Jones on 16 February 1983 (Acession No. 4491).
ORGANIZATIONAL SKETCH
Epsilon Sigma Alpha, International is a leadership, service organization founded in 1929. Its stated purpose is “to maintain a benevolent, charitable or civic enterprise for which members work and give financial assistance; to organize social and educational programmes; to hold State and International conventions each year.”
