INTRODUCTION
The minutes of the Greene County Baptist Association contain the reports from the annual meetings. These reports contain the findings of various committees of this organization and document mission work, Sunday schools, publications, and religious observance at the individual churches represented in the association.
The association was organized in 1873 in order to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information between the Baptist churches in Greene County.
DONOR INFORMATION
The minutes of the Greene County Baptist Association were transferred from the State Historical Society of Missouri to the Manuscript Collection on 14 October 1971 (SHS Accession No. 888).
